🧳 Itinerary Tracker

One place to plan the whole trip.

Itinerary Tracker is a private hub for a group trip. Everyone votes, RSVPs, sorts the houses, plans the days, and sees a clean read on who owes whom, all in one place.

How it works

  1. Someone starts a group and shares the invite link. Only people who open that link can get in. No public sign-ups.
  2. The group votes on where and when. Tap every option you'd be happy with. It's approval voting, not a single pick, so the result is what the most people can actually live with. An organizer closes the vote to lock it.
  3. People RSVP and add their household. Yes, no, or maybe, with a live headcount. Adults count 1 and kids count 0.5 toward weighted cost splits.
  4. Lodging gets sorted. Add houses with prices and links, mark who's staying where, and drop in an address to get map pins and drive times.
  5. Activities fill up fairly. Propose something, people opt in, and anything with a cap runs a waitlist that promotes the next person automatically when someone drops.
  6. The money squares up. Log a shared expense, pick who split it, and the app returns who owes whom in the fewest possible payments. You pay each other however you already do.

How people use it

The annual friends trip
A lake house every summer, the same crew, a new fight about dates. This settles it.
A bachelor or bachelorette weekend
Collect the yeses, split the house and the boat, keep the surprises off the main board.
A family reunion
Households with kids, several cars, and one shared grocery run that becomes one clean split.
A ski or beach house
Who's in which room, what each night costs, and the lift tickets nobody wants to front alone.

One sign-in can belong to more than one group. Your friends trip and your family trip stay separate, each with its own people and its own plans. Switch between them from the group name in the top-left.

Getting started

Ask whoever's organizing for the invite link. Open it, sign in with an email link or Google, then set your name and who's in your household under Profile. That's it. Everything else lives in the tabs across the top of a trip.
